Garlic and Yogurt Sauce - Toom bel Laban

1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
10 cloves garlic
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 slice white bread -- crusts removed

Mix the cornstarch with the water. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a creamy, white sauce. 

Yields 10 servings.

This is the low-calorie version of Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce, but it is also less strong. Serve as an appetizer or as a sauce for grilled [favorites].
