Lose 10 pounds in a week is very difficult but if you intense
to do, it is very easy to adopt. However, it may not be the
healthiest thing you can do, since it requires several measures.
If you have will power, then it is very easy that you can lose
10 pounds in a week and make it sure that you should maintain
it. 

In order to lose 10 pounds in a week you must have to do two
main things. Improve on your nutrition and increase the amount
of aerobic activities like walking, biking, jogging, and
swimming that you perform. It is not so easy but it is possible
if you pay attention and willing to make the effort. You can see
the changes at the end of the week and it is worth of it. 

There are some of the tips that you should follow to lose 10
pounds in a week. 

• You need an energy deficit of five thousand calories a day. 

• You stop eating useless calories containing foods like fast
foods, sugary drinks, pastries, candies, white bread and fried
foods. 

• Instead of eating meals three times a day, you break into
four or five small meals a day. This helps for digestion easily
and it will turn into energy instead of fat. And you also feel
energetic throughout the day and will control your hunger. 

• You should drink nearly ten glasses of water in a day. If you
are going for a job, you should remember to take a big bottle of
water and make sure that you finish it before you leave for
home. Frequently if you feel like hungry, it is not for lack for
food but it is for lack of fluids. To make hunger down drink a
lot of water. In water there are no calories present in it, so
all will advice to drink water to lose fat. 

• Better you should burn a lot of calories through doing
exercise. Avoid to do exercise with your own. There is a home
based program for exercise which is called as turbulence
training. The main advantage of this program is that it teaches
you how to do exercise comfortably of your own at your home
itself. 

• You should do physical training and dieting for a week
continuously without a break. If you continue in this manner a
lot of energy will burn off and will keep you away from junk
food. You need to be aware that if you are not physically
active, do not do this as you may injure yourself. 

• Continuously you stay with juice diet throughout the three
day period. It is difficult to drink in this way, but be careful
not to use fruit which are rich in sugar. The best juice is
detox diet, why because it removes all toxins or other
contaminants. 

Always you keep in mind that losing 10 pounds in a week is not
easy to do because it requires a major dedication on your part.
