Blue Cheese Sauce - 1g Carbs, 0g Fiber

This rich sauce is excellent on burgers and sandwiches, such as Pecan & Mushroom Burgers and Grilled Portobello
Makes about 1/2 cup
ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese (1 ounce)
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Combine yogurt, blue cheese and vinegar in a small bowl and blend 
with a fork to make a chunky sauce.

Serving Size: 1 Tbsp
