Green Tea Asian Stir Fry - 10g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 8g Sugar

Heart-healthy meals can be delicious and easy to prepare. Our Green 
Tea Asian Stir-Fry is an Eat Smart recipe that is full of savory 
flavor. In addition, each serving is packed with protein and some 
essential vitamins. This tasty recipe feeds six and takes just 
20 minutes to prepare and cook.
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 Min
Cook Time: 10 Min

1/2 cup brewed Lipton Green Tea Bags, any variety
2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Bertolli Classico Olive Oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced OR
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 bag (16oz) frozen Oriental or stir-fry vegetables

Combine tea, soy sauce and honey in small bowl; set aside.

Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook 
chicken, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly 
cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add vegetables and tea mixture to same skillet. Bring to a boil over 
high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until vegetables are 
almost tender. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute or until 
heated through..

*Brew 2 Lipton Green Tea Bags in 1/2 cup boiling water for 1-1/2 minutes.
