Green Salad With Oil and Vinegar - 14.5g Carbs, 4.5g Fiber

This simple salad is both delicious and nutritious.

2 cups romaine lettuce
2 Italian tomatoes, sliced
4 slices red onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar OR red wine vinegar
1 oz low-sodium Swiss cheese

Wash lettuce and pat dry. Add tomato, onion, and cheese. Toss salad 
with oil and vinegar dressing.
